HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
We offer HACCP training courses designed to help you achieve one of the most widely recognised quality management systems worldwide – growing your market share and giving employees clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
This course enables participants to learn about the best practices for implementing and managing the FSMS management system as specified in ISO 22000
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a prevention-based food safety system. It provides a systematic method for analyzing food processes, determining the possible hazards and designating the critical control points necessary to prevent unsafe food from reaching the consumer.
CAAC offers three level of HACCP certification
CAAC Certified HACCP Internal Auditor (2 days)
Day 1: Introduction to HACCP concepts as required by HACCP industry
Day 2: Implementing HACCP according to FSM ISO 22000standards
CAAC Certified ISO 18001 Lead Auditor or Implementor (3 days)
Day 1: Introduction to HACCP concepts as required by HACCP industry
Day 2: HACCP Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
Day 3: HACCP Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
CAAC Certified ISO 18001 Lead Auditor cum Implementor (5 days)
Day 1: Introduction to HACCP concepts as required by HACCP industry
Day 2: HACCP Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
Day 3: Implementing a HACCP based on ISO 22000
Day 4: Controlling, monitoring and measuring and improving an HACCP audit
Day 5: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
Examination and certification
The “Certified HACCP/FSM 22000 Internal, Lead auditor and Lead Implementer” exam fully meets the exam and certificartion requirement of CAAC.
Duration of exam range from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on exam
After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified HACCP/ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, depending on their level of experience and exam.
Certificate will be issued to participants who successfully pass the exam and comply with all the other requirements related to the selected credential

Certification fees are included in the exam price
A student manualwill be distributed to participants
participation certificate will be issued to participants
In case of failure of the exam, participants are eligible to retake the exam upto one year by paying only exam fee
