Food Safety Management System ISO 22000
FSMS training enables participants to be familiar with the concepts of the implementation and management of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as specified in ISO 22000:2005. The participant will learn the different components of FSMS, including the FSMS policy, HACCP analysis, measuring performance, management’s commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.
An internationally recognized standard written by the Food Industry for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonize the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain.
CAAC offers three level of FSMS certification
CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor (2 days)
Day 1: Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
Day 2: Implementation of a FSMS 22000 requirements
CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Lead Implementer (3 days)
Day 1:Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
Day 2: Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
Day 3: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor (5 days)
Day 1:Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
Day 2: Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
Day 3: Implementing the FSMS based on ISO 22000 audit
Day 4: Controlling, monitoring and measuring and improving the FSMS audit
Day 5: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
Examination and certification
The “Certified ISO 22000 Internal, Lead auditor and Lead Implementer” exam fully meets the exam and certification requirement of CAAC.
Duration of examination vary from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on exam
After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, depending on their level of experience and exam.
Certificate will be issued to participants who successfully pass the exam and comply with all the other requirements related to the selected credential
General Information
Certification fees are included in the exam price
A student manual will be distributed to participants
· Participation certificate will be issued to participants
In case of failure of the exam, participants are eligible to retake the exam upto one year by paying only exam fee
